Jennifer Aniston on 'Horrible Bosses'

Jennifer Aniston plays an exceptionally inappropriate boss to "It's Always Sunny" actor Charlie Day, and as Aniston explains to Chris, the part was a breeze thanks to the "genius" chemistry with the cast. She also credits a terrific script for how well the finished product turned out, saying her dialogue was "just beautifully choreographed that there wasn’t that much that I needed to do."Jason Sudekis praised Aniston's ability to fit in with the predominantly male cast, because, comedically, she has "really good timing." Another plus, he says, is that Jennifer has "a little of the 'every woman' in her.""Modern Family" star Julie Bowen gushes she "couldn’t believe my luck" to have been cast with such "comedy geniuses." She tells Chris her coping method in dealing with her nerves on set was to "pretty much shut up and sit in the corner."In the film, Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day) come to realize their awful bosses are the only thing standing in the way of true happiness, and begin to scheme a way to rid themselves of their employers permanently with the help of a hustling ex-con (Jamie Foxx).
