It could be a case of Money Honey for Lady Gaga's ex, as the Art Pop superstar could take legal action against Rob Fusari if details of her pre-fame life appear in public.According to Radar Online, Fusari is currently in the middle of a lawsuit with Gaga's friend Wendy Starland, and has asked the Judge to seal the contents of certain documents.They report that the motion filed by Fusari states: “This information may subject Germanotta to potential personal and professional harm.”So, she could sue her ex - the man who is credited with discovering her - for a huge sum of money if the slightest bit of information goes public.This predicament is the result of a previous lawsuit where Fusari sued the singer for £30.5million.The lawsuit was reached amicably, however, resulting in the two settling out of court - but only with the help of a confidential statement.The motion filed documents that the producer and Gaga “specifically bargained for a strict non-disparagement clause".However, things get really nasty for Rob if even the tiniest snippet is revealed.As it also states that “should matters sought to be sealed in the [case] be made public," it is possible that he will be subject "to heavy monetary penalties”.Mama Monster's secrets, however, could be spilled by another case - according to Radar Online.Apparently financial information related to her career could come to light in the custody case of an Island Def Jam executive.
